I began my career 16 years ago on a help desk fixing customer hardware and software issues. There I learned the importance of not just listening, but truly hearing your users. I learned to anticipate their needs, translate their pain points into action items for colleagues, and advocate for solutions and not ‘bandaids.’

As I advanced through my career all the way up to the IT Director level, I never lost sight of what was really important - helping our users solve problems. When I decided to pivot into product design, I took what I learned and applied it to building better products.

Today, my focus is on designing delightful and accessible experiences.
